Using the game
The game is free and needs no account. There is nothing to buy: the coin slot is a drawing, no payment is ever taken and there is nowhere on this site to make one.
It is offered as it is, for fun. We do not promise it will always be available or free of defects, and we are not liable for anything that follows from playing it — which, given that it is a browser game with no account, should be nothing worse than a lost afternoon.
The leaderboard
Submitting a score means the three characters you typed, your score and your level may be shown publicly on this page's front page. Do not type anything you would not want published. Entries that are offensive, or that pretend to be a real person or organisation, are removed without notice. To have an entry removed for any other reason, write to info@seo.srl.
Scores are checked for plausibility, not for honesty. See the note on the front page.
Credits and rights
- Game design, code and artwork: SEO S.R.L. The graphics are drawn by the code — no third-party sprite, sound or asset pack is used anywhere on this site.
- Sound is generated in the browser at run time. There are no audio files.
- The photograph of the praying mantis was published on this domain in 2016 and carried the credit line photo tnx michele. It is kept as it was, credit included.
- The game is freely inspired by FTL: Faster Than Light, by Subset Games. That is a statement of influence, not of origin: nothing of theirs is reproduced here. No sprite, tile, sound, music, ship name, faction name or line of code comes from that game, and none of its trademarks are used to identify this one. This site is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or connected to Subset Games or any other publisher or studio. If they would rather we did not name them, write to info@seo.srl and the line comes off.
